Our Promise
We want every customer to receive exactly what they ordered, in perfect condition. If that doesn't happen, we take full responsibility and offer a straightforward resolution.
When You Can Return or Request a Refund
You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following situations:
Damaged product received — If your item arrives broken, cracked, or physically damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, we will replace it or refund you in full.
Wrong item received — If we sent you the wrong product, we will arrange a free pickup and send you the correct item immediately.
Product not as described — If the product significantly differs from what was shown or described on our website, you are eligible for a return.
Product stopped working shortly after use — If a product develops a defect within a reasonable period of normal use, contact us and we will assess and resolve the issue.
How to Request a Return
Step 1 — Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or our contact page. Tell us your order details and describe the issue.
Step 2 — Send us a clear photo or short video of the problem. This helps us understand the issue and resolve it faster.
Step 3 — We will get back to you within 24 hours with a solution — either a replacement, a refund, or another resolution depending on the situation.
You do not need to return the product before we respond. We will guide you through the process step by step.
What Is Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, installed, and are in working condition but the customer simply changed their mind
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse
- Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect product function (slight color variation due to screen display)
- Returns requested more than 3 days after delivery without a valid reason
Refund Method
Since all our orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3–5 business days of the return being approved. We will ask for your account details when processing the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or wrong item and prefer an exchange over a refund, we are happy to arrange that. Just let us know your preference when you contact us.
